Coaching is an interactive process. The effort can significantly increase the impact and effectiveness of individuals, small groups and organizations.
Benefits and results of coaching, include setting better goals,and taking more action toward what you desire from areas of your life. Professional coaches are trained to listen and observe, to customize their approach to the individual client's needs, and to elicit solutions and strategies from the client. They believe that the client is naturally creative and resourceful and that the coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has. While the coach provides feedback and an objective perspective, the client is responsible for taking the steps to produce the results he or she desires. Coaching does not focus directly on relieving psychological pain or treating cognitive or emotional disorders.

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
Format
It's similiar to having a conversation with a friend. We'll talk about what's not working in your life right now, what you want more of, understand what's working for you, and importantly what's not happening, and develop goals and plans.

Phone coaching is becoming an increasingly valuable option for people who want to discuss issues. Many people due to multiple committments, privacy, geographic location or many other reasons don’t want to meet in person. As a result phone coaching is an effective and easy solution.

- The ability to avoid the discomfort of face-to-face setting, which can be very uncomfortable for some people, when speaking about difficult matters
Session Length
Each session lasts anywhere form 30-50 minutes long depending on the nature of the discussion. For effectiveness it is ideal to committ to three-months of coaching as momentum is present. We will typically meet every other week. This allows for follow up on actions but allows us to address any road blocks that appear on the road to your plans.
